I used to try to calculate the equivalent "running alone" miles for my running while pushing a 90 lb. jogging stroller containing two children singing the refrain "Go faster, Mama! Faster!" I never came up with an official conversion calculation, but I did unofficially conclude that three such miles = a five mile run alone, 5.5 if the dog is along too. Uphill in the snow both ways? I'm calling it a half-marathon.

PS Don't let anyone tell you going downhill is easier than up with a stroller loaded like that. Let THEM try to put on the brakes for that much weight!

Hooray for you! I've been lazy about going outside this winter and it's sucking my soul dry.
Yesterday the sun was shining here (a first in a few weeks) and it was so nice to get outside.
You will get outside no matter what, and I admire that.
